Not feeling like you need direct in person support for your birth, but would like more education and preparation?  Then this is what you are looking for! Whether this is your first time or you are a seasoned pro who needs a refresher, these sessions are loaded with great information that will help you understand birth and empower your decision making.  Each session includes information on: ~Pain management tips and tools ~Ways to mentally and physically prepare for birth ~How to work with your body and not against it ~Advocating for yourself and your baby's care, especially in a hospital setting ~Knowing your rights as a patient ~What is "protocol" and what your options are ~Postpartum planning and basic breastfeeding education These sessions can be virtual or in-person in the comfort of your own home!
